Question
Question:

I get "invalid license code" when trying to run programs.

Answer:

Your license key is invalid, or perhaps it is not installed correctly. Your license keys should be installed in the file $ANTELOPE/data/pf/license.pf. The license file should look something like this:

% cat $antelope/data/pf/license.pf
n3e143db2ef1f6be35f0a07bcfdd4a834 # Antelope 4.8
n795383ca575595099a6add55d3b615b4 # Antelope 4.8

Be sure that the contents of this file are exactly what BRTT sent to you: no extra spaces or punctuation. Try running "check_license -vv" to be sure the keys printed out match those in the email from BRTT. If all these check out, then probably the license keys are invalid. Check that your hostid and network ip address match the numbers in the email from BRTT. Resubmit your request using register_antelope if necessary.
