On a properly installed, modern Antelope system, you should be able to find the tutorial and users guide for the Antelope toolbox for Matlab under

$ANTELOPE/doc/matlab/Antelope_Toolbox_for_Matlab.pdf

The file should be called Antelope_Toolbox_for_Matlab.pdf. There's also an html version there, in addition to the documentation you can get from typing 'help antelope' in the Matlab window (once the toolbox is properly installed).
