BRTT Problem Report
Please describe the problem fully, including:
- What version of Antelope are you using?
- Have you applied all patches?
- Show us what you did and/or how things were setup.
- Show us what happened (the output),
and tell us what is wrong with it.
Don't expect that we will recognize the problem. - Can you reproduce the problem?
- Be extremely specific. We want to see the exact command lines and the exact output, not just a description.
- If at all possible, attach a snapshot of your setup. One of the programs rtsnapshot(1), dbsnapshot(1), or dbloc_snapshot(1) may be useful in creating this snapshot. Otherwise, bundle together the input files, parameter files, and the output in a tar file.
- If there is a core file, you may want to attach it also. Because hardware and OS versions differ, core files are often difficult for us to use, however.
