A change in the way fonts are handled led to an incompatible late
change to the dbe parameter file .dbe.pf.  Previously, fonts were
named explicitly with very long unix style names; the new style uses
arguments like -family, -size, and -weight.  If you have a personal
.dbe.pf file and switch to the new format, you will have difficulty
running earlier versions of dbe.

The Nanometrics Trillium and the Guralp response files were corrected
according to updated manufacturer specs.

The Q330 response files were updated to include the time offset for
the fir filters.  Joe Steim provided official offsets which are now
embedded into the filters.  Since these were not properly defined in
previous distributions, you should update your database by running
dbbuild again.  If you provide dataless seed volumes to the DMC, you
should then create new volumes using mk_dataless_seed.  These updated
dataless seed should be sent to the DMC.
