Support for IRIS users

BRTT's arrangement with IRIS does not provide for support for any issues related to the Antelope software, except directly with various centers like PASSCAL, the DMC and ANF.

If you are using the Antelope software as part of a PASSCAL supported project, you should direct your questions to the support staff at the IRIS PASSCAL Instrument Center: passcal@passcal.nmt.edu

Otherwise, if you obtained the Antelope software through the IRIS DMC, please direct your questions to the support staff there: webmaster@iris.washington.edu

If you believe that you are reporting a bug, then please be sure you have included enough information to reproduce the problem. BRTT responds to bug reports from IRIS members at its own discretion; please do not expect a response.

We regret we are unable to offer support for IRIS members. If you feel that IRIS should provide Antelope software support for its member Institutions, then please have your IRIS board member raise the issue at the next IRIS board meeting.

BRTT typically attends the IRIS workshop in the spring, and the fall AGU session in San Francisco, where you may directly ask questions.
